Drivers (those who either live near D.C., who have a rental car, or who can find a complicate taxi driver) will be especially critical because it will not be obvious how they are helping the cause. Above all, be vigilant for your and others' physical safety. Do not challenge anyone in a car - you never know what they will do. If challenged by a policeman or policewoman, be polite and respectful. But let them know you would not be here if Congress was not so derelict in their duties. And that you are doing this for all Americans and for the long-term viability of our country. |
